In addition, the Casino building in "GTA" has been displaying a banner with the words "Coming Soon" since its release.

As of now, there is still no concrete proof or legitimate announcement about a "GTA 5 Casino DLC update", but rumor has it that it could be released in the first half of 2016. Until then, fans are suggested to take the rumors and hypotheses with a grain of salt.
